We are considering implementing a mentor matching process for higher ed administrators. This would match members interested in being mentored with members who would like to mentor. Since many people do not want a mentor within their own institution HELLO could provide matching opportunities across institutions and the World. More information about the potential service is available at the MentorMatch page. Please provide feedback on the following –
- Do you think this would be a useful service?
- If you were interested, what criteria would work best to match mentors and mentees?
- What other background information would be useful.
