Essentials of Budgeting

Essentials of Budgeting will prepare individuals to contribute to and manage budgets effectively. It will enable participants to make informed, confident, budgeting decisions and contribute to the successful running of their institution.
Over the course of six, online modules, participants will develop their understanding of planning, monitoring and reviewing budgets. The modules take between 15 minutes to one hour to complete; with the whole course taking between 4-5 hours to finish.
