Description

This white paper was used to charge a university task force with analyzing and documenting the role of a faculty member in higher education.  The intent of the study is to ensure that institutional expectations, rewards and awards are aligned with faculty understanding of their role.  The document is part of the supporting set for the "Aligning the Faculty Role with Institutional Expectations and Rewards" article.
