As a Provost and senior administrator in universities that were part of large state systems I would meet regularly with my peers.  Despite many efforts to carve out time outside the formal agenda so that we could discuss issues of common interest and share good practices, we rarely found time to do this because we each had demands drawing us back to our respective campuses.  I know I was encountering challenges and creating solutions to problems that my peers had encountered and solved before me.  I created the HELLO Community so that people like me could accomplish this task asynchronously.
