I would like to begin with thanking you for your invitation to join you group and most importantly to thank you and your colleagues for this effort. I in my 20 years as an administrator here at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center have encountered the same challenges you have outlined. We each find ourselves reinventing the proverbal wheel absent the kind of support network you all have taken steps to create. I welcome the opportunity to be a part of this dialogue.
