I derive great personal satisfaction from helping others grow. It was my primary motivation in becoming a faculty member and has carried forward into my administrative responsibilities. My first administrative role was directing the center for teaching and learning, which expanded into roles in organizational development and growth of my administrative team. I also love to learn from others.
