SUMMARY:Top Management Programme (TMP 45)
DESCRIPTION:*The nomination deadline for TMP 45 is Wednesday 10 July 2019 \nTMP45 will include an international element with an opportunity to explore current thinking and new developments in HE sectors outside of the UK which will be beneficial to participants in helping create new ways of thinking in considering solutions to future challenges. You can read more in this blog by Robin Ryde\, Co-Director of the Top Management Programme\, about the current cohort TMP44 which this year will include an international assignment to Sydney\, Australia. \nWho should apply? \nParticipants are individuals who are already leading a significant area of operation within their institution and who have been acknowledged by their institution as having the potential to reach the highest positions within\, or indeed outside\, the higher education sector.\nPrevious participants have included vice-chancellors/principals\, chief executives\, pro vice-chancellors/vice-principals\, executive deans with cross institutional responsibility\, heads of university administration and directors of professional services. \nTo be considered for TMP\, prospective participants must have: \n-Experience and a track record of operating successfully at a strategic level in a higher education institution or other comparable organization.\n-The personal commitment to extend their learning and enhance their career and to contribute to the development of a productive learning community within the programme.\n-The written support of their vice-chancellors/principal for their application to the program.\n-A strategic overview of the university and be a member of the institution’s senior management team \nApplication deadline:\n23:59PM\, Wednesday 10 July 2019\nFee:\n£16\,750.00 Members Fee \n£20\,950.00 Non Members Fee \nFees will only be charged to those individuals who are offered and accept a place.\nThe programme fee covers all the following costs:\n-Workshop sessions\n-Materials\n-External speakers\n-All the residential elements of TMP\n-Organised trips during the international visit* \n*On the international visit participants will meet the costs of their flights. \nCompleted forms should be returned to: programmes@advance-he.ac.uk \nEach TMP cohort has a unique application deadline\, please see above.
